Evaluations:
Comprehensive evaluations for speech and language are provided for your child. The evaluation will be completed in your home. These assessments will answer questions such as: What does your child understand? How does your child communicate with others? How does your child pronounce words? Other areas such as voice, fluency and feeding may be evaluated if concerns are noted in these areas.
The results of the evaluation will be reviewed with you and recommendations will me made based on those results.
Intervention:
Intervention takes place in your home typically on a weekly basis. Intervention is play-based. Caregivers are highly encouraged to observe and participate in each session.
Screenings:
Free screenings are provided for a quick look at how your child is doing in important areas, such as communication, physical ability, social skills and problem solving skills. The screening can help identify your child’s strengths as well as any areas where your child may need support.
